Pluto has been reclassified and is no longer a planet, leaving our solar system with eight. We finally have a definition for the word ‘planet’, although it leaves much to be desired. Tempers flare as the debate rages on. Public interest soars. Pluto couldn’t care less. [BA has a good discussion going on | Excellent opinion piece by Jeffrey Bennett]

so they finally decided eh? well thats good. i think. NOW WE KNOW DAMMIT! thank you becca. ♥
Typical. Again the small and helpless are ousted. Happens everywhere.
Personally, I think it’s rediculous – it doesn’t make sense to me why Pluto should not be a planet. There was one little girl who expressed herself very well on a video news… CNN or something, the other day. She had to be only about 8 years old and was very eloquent, saying why she thinks Pluto should remain a planet. One of her reasons was that it has its own moon. I was impressed.
i think that pluto should be a planet but why was it ever voted not a planet?
