Blast from the Past

I was perusing through a few old floppy disks the other day and stumbled upon some old, never released layouts.

They were all created between three and four years ago.

And now I wonder… Why on earth didn’t I know how to anti-alias? And what was with the mini-fonts?

I can proudly say though that I never, ever overloaded a page with animated gifs, or, everyone’s favourite, tYpe lIkE tHiS.

Your old layouts still kick the arse out of my old layouts. I remember back when I thought that putting a celebrity on a funky background automatically made a good layout. *shudders* And I admit, I briefly went through a stage where I would utilize StIcKy CaPs. Luckily, it was only in my AIM conversations, and never carried through my websites. But, I’ve never overloaded a page with animated .gifs.

I like the first one I’ve never used sticky-caps before, and god-forbid I’ve never had any celebrity layouts. I was never a big fan of those from the beginning. Animated gifs…., I dunno, but I remember on my second layout (it was during winter) I had a page full of snowflakes.

Long time no see! I’ve been so busy so I didn’t come by and comment. I’m very sorry! Lol, anyways great job on your layouts! I love the second one, it reminds me of Mission Impossible. And the sticky caps? I scream in horror when I see them. I think I used them when I first learnt how to create webpages for like two months. Oh well, it’s all past. Heh.

For those layouts to be “old ones” they are pretty good! Then again, all of your layouts are really good! StIcKy CaPs are the devil, by the way.

I love the third one. Extremely stunning colours! Well, mini-fonts seemed to be the rage at that time, though. For me, I recall several people complaining about the miniscule fonts on my site 2 years ago, because I adored mini fonts at that time. As for the sticky caps, I am ashamed to admit that I have done that many years ago when I was starting out.

Ahh, when I was 9, I had a giant page filled with a whole bunch of crap, hugely too wide, etc… I can’t remember if there were too many animations tho.Haha, you know what my first page was about? Petz. When I saw your petz page, that was a blast from the past! :-D
