Green rice from a nearby restaurant, because I am easily amused.
[Edit] Yvonne had the closest guess with spinach rice. The rice was actually green due to the inclusion of a good helping of finely chopped herbs. [/Edit]

That rice looks good! It looks like “spinach” rice to me, like spinach pasta. And spinach pasta is yummy.
